I love Shelby ! I bring all my designs to her ! She will really try to master your picture and she never disappoints . She’s kind and she takes her time and I like that she’s not rough or hits you over the head with crazy prices. Affordable and cuteeee. Try her out! 😃
First and foremost, they charge way too much for nails $103 for a pedicure and a change of gel color is diabolically insane and I will never be returning. I stopped going for a little while now I remember why first off $45 for a lemon scrub plus an additional 15 for gel color outrageous outrageous that’s literally over $70 for just a plain pedicure not to mention they rushed the job so then you don’t have the clean, precise, clean nails even for a color change Now don’t get m wrong . I will pay for my work but absolutely not extra expensive for no reason.
Always so welcoming! Great pedicures and manicures done as always! Super welcoming to all and make it a great experience. Shirley does great work and I’ll always come here to see her!!!
I agree with some of the reviews that they are extra expensive. For my nails, which are basically no designs , feet and hands gel ridiculous expensive. My daughter did receive a nail design, but they wanted $ 75 just for her mani . Her pedi was a regular gel color with the first basic pedi package, which is $45. My daughter sat down and was rushed out of the chair. She just sat down next time I looked back she was almost already done. I was on the phone stating that I wasn't tipping the lady who did her nails because she was rushed. They stated that because she didn't get the calluses removable, that's why she was quicker, but it was still too quick. The time didn't add up . I was on the phone telling my friend that I wasn't tipping the lady who did my daughter's feet. The next thing I know, the lady who was doing my nails hopped in my conversation, trying to state why my daughter didn't take any time. I heard what she said to me the first time when I asked her why you are interrupting me to state the same thing . They started speaking about my daughter and I in their language . Even my daughter said she knew they were talking about us. I said I don't care. I want what I paid for . Speaking of payment, that charged me a whooping $ 253 for my daughter nails and mines. When I was looking at the breakdown of the nails on the papers, she snatched it back, talking about how I couldn't keep those. I know they charged more for the tip because even with the ridiculous amount they said, it still didn't add up to $253. It was $ 233, so how is it $20 bucks more? It was 53 for my feet and 50 for my mani. My daughter mani was $75, and her feet were $ 45. How is that $253. Never again!!!!! They do make up the prices as they go along, which someone else stated in their review too. I came here two times . They overcharge twice. Never again!!!!! I told my neighbor, and she said that's crazy prices. Yea prices were discussed at the beginning, and you never mentioned an extra $15 dollars either. Why would I go by the board when YOU don't even go by the board. My daughter was not even seated in the chair for more than 10 minutes during her pedicure. Once I looked back again, she already had the tissue strip already in between her toes like I did. Even minus the time that she didn't get the calluses removed, it still was rushed. It included a mask on her legs. I didn't even see that put on her, I had to ask my daughter if they put it on her legs. Less than 10 minutes ago, you were done. The whole process was ridiculous quick. For the price that you are charging, it should be longer. Also, I interrupted my phone call to ask you why she was done so quickly . Then I was talking to someone else on my phone about your ridiculous prices and quick basic service you were rude to interrupt me after I was done speaking to you to repeat the same thing that you already stated before. My daughter told me she felt rushed and uncomfortable. Apparently, you charged someone else $ 82 dollars too, for a basic design on another review. My daughter got a hand design that you only said was $75. I told you with gel, too. I also never got up to wash my hands, either, which is mentioned on another review. So obviously, you do rush people. Your receipts dont have a breakdown of anything, and when I asked you to see what you wrote, you snatched it back talking about I can't keep those . Why not? You can write one for yourself and give one to paying customers too. Especially if I'm being charged $ 253 bucks, I want to know what I'm spending MY MONEY on since you always have different prices by the day. Your prices are always changing, so that should be a must. You just give people a receipt of what you feel they should be charged . Prices are wayyyy too high bottom line, and apparently, looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one that feels that way. Update: Why am I'm not surprised? Didn't even last a full week later, my daughter noticed her " GEL" polish came off. I'm highly disappointed!!! Ladies, take your hard earned money elsewhere.
